We recommend arriving 15 or 10 minutes before your scheduled class so you can fully enjoy the experience from the moment you walk in.
Please wear comfortable activewear and stay well hydrated throughout the day before your class. We also encourage you to drink water before, during and after the session.
This experience is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Yoga mats and towels are available for rent if needed.
Look for the black building where Polen Gift Shop is located. California Hot Yoga is on the third floor. Please ring the third-floor doorbell, as we don't have exterior signage. Our team will greet you upon arrival and help you get settled before your experience.
