Walk through the market and city centre with your guide - a local foodie and war time history lover, learning about wartime Norwich and Britain. Discover what food was available during the war and sample these chosen rationed items as you go - all the classics with a story.
It's 1942 in Norwich the air siren is humming, the yanks are wandering around the market and you can EAT like it's 1942 for a few hours & avoid the bombs.
Enjoy mushy peas, a mini cone of fish and chips, and some retro wartime sweets. (did you know a certain sweet was used in a bomb?) and finish the tour with a Sit down for a cup of Cha and a scone down the historical Elm Hill.
