描述
Get ready for a true journey through time and forget about the traditional tours. A historical show that takes us back to the origins of our civilization. Fancy a tour?
We'll travel back in time, from the modern and revolutionary development of present-day Bilbao to the distant medieval and Roman eras that gave rise to this magical city. The tour is fast-paced and fun, with enigmas and secrets revealed at the exact moment you take your photo, making this trip a spectacular experience!
We are pleased to have "El Profe" on our team of tour guides. He is a guide-historian renowned in several European destinations for his original and enjoyable way of conveying knowledge to all types of audiences, on a tour planned in detail so that our travelers can enjoy the most important points of interest in Bilbao,
combining the modern with the old in a single circuit, framed in an atmosphere that is as enjoyable as it is informative.
Our meeting point will be at Plaza Euskadi 9 on the corner of Alameda Mazarredo. We will then go to visit the famous Puppy mascot of the Guggenheim Museum, and after a 2-hour tour, we will conclude in front of the beautiful setting of the San Anton Church by the estuary.
Places we will visit: Exterior view of the Guggenheim, Puente de los Salve, Las Sirgueras, Torres Izosaki, Puente Calatrava, facade of the Muelles, City Hall, Paseo El Arenal, Teatro Arriaga, Plaza Nueva, Puerta del Angel, cathedral, Mercado de la Ribera, and Iglesia San Anton.
Farewell and group photo
Throughout my life as a guide-teacher, I have explained wars, revolutions, and empires that were born and then disappeared. But over time, I understood something very important: the most valuable history isn't in the books… it's here, in the people who come to this class.
Today we go back in time
We don't travel to change it. We travel to understand it.
And now we understand that the present is the only moment when we can really do something extraordinary: CHOOSE!
Choose differently. Choose better.
And it's here, in this moment, that we're truly free.
AND THAT, MY FRIENDS AT GET YOUR GUIDE, IS PERHAPS THE GREATEST REVELATION OF THIS WHOLE JOURNEY!
