We will visit a traditional oil mill in the Lecrín Valley. Once there, we will learn about all the phases of the extra virgin olive oil production process.

While we visit this oil mill in Nigüelas, where we will see an old mill from the 15th century, we will learn how the different phases of the olive circuit are carried out. First, the collection takes place in the granaries, then the grinding, then comes the pressing and later the sale already in the form of oil.

We will conclude the visit with a tasting of two types of extra virgin olive oil. These Aoves will allow you to discover new sensations, flavors and aromas. In addition, we will prepare a salad dressing with vinegar, salts and flavored oils, learning what the differences are between the different olive oils and which are the best for cooking each product.
