Next, you’ll sharpen your knife skills with safe handling and different cuts for vegetables and fish, while learning how to prevent cross-contamination when working with raw fish.

Then comes the good stuff. You’ll prepare sushi-grade ahi tuna in a savory soy, ginger and sesame marinade made with low-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, green onions and sesame seeds.
