Begin your 3-course baking experience by preparing a versatile enriched dough that can be used for sweet or savory breads. Then, make a vibrant sunflower seed pesto with Pecorino Romano, garlic, lemon and olive oil. You’ll use it to fill and shape a beautiful pull-apart pesto star bread that looks impressive but feels approachable with step-by-step guidance.

Next, practice braiding techniques as you create an 8-strand black and white seed loaf topped with poppy seeds, black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds, finished with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
