Spend two days in the Pyrenees to get away from everyday life, take a step back and reconnect with what drives you forward.
The stay begins with your arrival at the chalet and a welcome session to get to know the group and the world of Winter Arc.
Over the course of the two days, the experience alternates between several sports activities, personal development workshops, time for reflection, and creative activities. Various speakers also enrich the stay with their approaches and their worlds.
Sports play a significant role in the program, with several activity sessions to get moving, push your limits, and break out of your routine. The sessions are led by a coach who adapts the exercises to each person's level and abilities.
Moments of recovery and well-being complement the more physically demanding sessions.
