Visit the estate's historic cellar, surrounded by century-old tuns. Discover the winery and the wines undergoing vinification. Tasting accompanied by a snack.
The Ruhlmann-Schutz family welcomes you to the estate's historic cellar, surrounded by century-old wooden tuns (the largest holds 70 hectolitres). A place steeped in history, where all your senses will be stimulated.

You'll then be shown around the cuverie, a nursery where the different cuvées quietly evolve. Can you name the Alsatian grape varieties? And how many bunches of grapes do you think it takes to make a single bottle? After this discovery, wine will hold no more secrets for you!

The tour continues in the Domaine's courtyard, which offers a beautiful view of the vineyard. At harvest time, this is where the grapes arrive. Discover the huge presses and how grape juice is extracted.

The long-awaited moment arrives: the tasting, in the small, typical cellar or in the shady courtyard of the estate, weather permitting.
The wine list offers a wide variety of wines, and as you taste, you'll be able to decide which grape varieties are your favorites.

Your tasting will be accompanied by a snack.

Children can taste the grape juice from their own harvest, and enjoy the little extras.
