Look for the KD Ticket Office, which is located right by the water. Look for the red, blue and white KD Logo. Your ship will depart right in front of the ticket office. Remember to have your GetYourGuide QR-Code ticket ready when boarding the ship. You can find your QR-Code ticket on your GetYourGuide App or in your E-Mail confirmation. Your ticket will be scanned upon entering the ship. Getting to the landing-stage by public transport: Underground station Dom/Römer or tram stop Römer/Paulskirche, both of which are a 5-minute walk from the landing-stage. Getting to the landing-stage by car: The nearest multi-storey car park is Dom/Römer in Domstraße 1. On the car park routing system follow D = Dom. From there approx. 5 min. walk to the KD landing-stage.
