Day 1: Lagos Arrival
Arrive in Lagos and check in to your hotel.
Day 2: Lagos City Tour
Take a quick city tour of Lagos. Visit the Nike Art Gallery, the Lekki Conservation Center, and the Makoko Village on water. Spend the night in Lagos.
Day 3: Lagos - Benin
Stop at the Badagry Slave Museum and then proceed to the border to cross to the Republic of Benin. Stop at the Amazon Statue, the Centre de Promotion de l'Artisanat, and the Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de. Spend the night in Cotonou.
Day 4: Benin
Head to the Ganvie Stilt Village on water. Drive to Abomey to visit the Royal Palaces of the Dahomey Kingdom. Return to Ouidah and spend the night.
Day 5: Benin-Togo
Take a morning tour of Ouidah. Visit the Python Temple and the Sacred Forest. Cross the border to Togo and stop at the Agobdrafo Slave House. Visit Togoville and the Akodessewa Fetish Market. Spend the night in Lome.
Day 6: Togo-Ghana
Drive from Togo to Accra after crossing the border. Relax and have a night out at the Osu Night Market/Oxford Street. Spend the night in Accra.
Day 7: Accra City Tour
Visit the Black Star Square, the W. E. B. Dubois Center for Pan African Culture, the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, the Independence/Black Star Square, the Accra National Museum, and Jamestown. Spend the night in Accra.
Day 8: Cape Coast and Elmina
Visit the Cape-Coast Castle, the Elmina Castle, and the Kakum National Park. Spend the night in Cape Coast.
Day 9: Accra
Take a quick drive to the Asin Manso Slave River. Return to Accra and visit the Aburi Botanical Gardens. Shop at the Accra Crafts Market. Depart from Accra or spend the night and depart the next day.
