描述
Experience a traditional naming ceremony, tour historic Cape Coast, and stand on the sacred banks of Assin Manso — a moving journey through Ghana's culture and history.
Your day begins with hotel pickup in Accra in the early morning for the scenic drive to Ghana's Central Region.
First stop: Assin Manso, the poignant "Slave River," where captured Africans took their final bath before the long march to the coast — a powerful, reflective start to the journey.
Next, experience a traditional Ghanaian naming ceremony: you'll be welcomed like family, given an Akan day-name, and dressed in authentic kente cloth and beads for an unforgettable photo moment celebrating heritage and identity.
Afterward, unwind with a relaxing beachside lunch, enjoying fresh local cuisine and ocean views before the final leg of the tour.
The day concludes at historic Cape Coast Castle, once a hub of the transatlantic slave trade — walk through its dungeons and stand at the Door of No Return.
This full-day tour ends with drop-off back at your hotel. A journey of remembrance, culture, and connection to Ghana's rich history.
