Our office is located in the Porto Antico area, close to the Aquarium and to the panoramic lift Bigo. Our office is located next to the "I Tre Merli" restaurant, in front of the children's area (playground). In case of bad weather, unless specifically communicated, guests are required to report to the place and time of departure in any case. The decision on the feasibility of the experience will be made by our staff in the presence of all those who have booked the activity. In case of No Show, no refund is provided.
