The meeting point is at Gili Air Harbor (Main Jetty), located on the east side of Gili Air Island. This is the main departure point for all fast boat services traveling to Bali and Lombok. Upon arrival, please proceed to the harbor area and look for our staff holding a signboard with your booking name or operator name. Our team will assist you with check-in, ticket verification, and boarding instructions. Passengers are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 30–45 minutes before departure time to complete the check-in process smoothly. Late arrivals may result in missing the boat without refund. The harbor is easily accessible from all areas of Gili Air. You can reach the port by walking, cycling, or using a local horse cart (cidomo), depending on your accommodation location. Please ensure you bring your booking confirmation (voucher) and valid identification for check-in.
