From Messina : Best excursion of Mount Etna and Taormina

Come with us to discover wonders such as Mount Etna, the largest volcano in Europe and Taormina, an ancient city. We will lead you to discover the most beautiful and evocative places in Sicily.
The tour starts from the pier of the port of Messina or from another point agreed with the customer. After a brief presentation of Messina through its main roads we reach the Messina/Catania motorway.

Passing through S. Venerina we will make a short stop at an organic farm to get to know the delicacies of this land. We will continue towards Mount Etna and we will arrive at an altitude of 1923 meters at the silvestri craters, from here you can continue independently to visit the craters or choose to take the funicular to get to 2500 meters (cost of the funicular not included). You will walk on a mountain that carries many years of history and after about two hours we move to Taormina.

Then we will go to Taormina and accompany customers to the pedestrian entrance that leads to the heart of Taormina. After passing the famous Corso Umberto (ancient Roman road Valeria) we will reach the main attractions such as the Greek Theatre, shops, delicious restaurants and ancient monuments, where you can stop for around 1 or 2 hours at the customer's discretion.

At the end of the tour we will return to Messina, and if there is time left we will make a short stop at a panoramic point of Messina, where there is a monument/mausoleum with bronze statues (Sanctuary of Christ the King) and then we will stop at the cathedral of Messina, where the largest astrological astronomical clock in the world stands.

Each tour includes refreshing drinks, free wi-fi but above all the tasting of one of the typical specialties of Sicily, the "Cannolo".
