Shared Transfer from Catania Airport to Taormina area

Shared transfer is our unique low-cost transport service on one of our standard routes. It groups together passengers with similar travel time limits in the same vehicle going to the same destination.
For transfers from the airport, you should proceed to the arrivals hall or to the meeting point specified on your booking voucher, where your driver or a representative will be waiting for you with a sign or a tablet showing the lead passenger's name or the NORMA VACANZE logo.

For shared transfers from an airport, you will be picked up from the arrivals hall, unless indicated otherwise in the booking voucher.

The shared transport service is not exclusive.
In consideration of this, in certain circumstances and for certain needs, in case of pick up at the airport, it may be necessary to wait for customers and / or passengers, for a maximum time of 90 minutes after flight arrival time, in order to allow the pick up of customers and / or passengers arriving on subsequent flights.

Flight delays: If your inbound flight prior to the transfer from the airport is delayed for 30 minutes or more, contact us immediately to inform us about your delay and we will do our best to reschedule the transfer according to your new arrival time, free of charge, on the first shuttle transfer available. If there are no other services of the same type available in a reasonable time, a private transfer will be offered to the customer, with the consequent application of the price foreseen for this type of service. Costs previously incurred for booking the requested service will be deducted from any additional cost.
Without giving us the notice of the delay, after 60 minutes of your scheduled landing time, our driver will leave the airport and any refund will be given for the missing service.

Diverted flights: If your flight is diverted to a different airport, you must contact us immediately to inform us about your new arrival details and we will do our best to reschedule the transfer according to your new arrival time, free of charge, on the first shuttle transfer available. If there are no other services of the same type available in a reasonable time, a private transfer will be offered to the customer, with the consequent application of the price foreseen for this type of service.

Costs previously incurred for booking the requested service will be deducted from any additional cost.

The driver will wait a maximum of 90 minutes from the notified flight arrival time.

Norma Vacanze reserves the right (by means of its drivers and reporting any abuse to the public security bodies) to refuse transport to people who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who constitute a danger to the driver of the car and for other passengers. Passengers are not allowed to drink alcohol and / or smoke in vehicles used for transportation.

The transport of passengers is fully covered by the insurance that Norma Vacanze has stipulated for its vehicles with third parties. The objects carried by passengers, on the other hand, are entirely under their responsibility.
Responsibility for loss or damage to objects or baggage transported cannot be attributed in any way to Norma Vacanze.
