Begin your tour in Naples, where a ramp-equipped van will take you to Pompeii (if you book the option with transfer.) This ancient Roman city was completely buried by ash from the nearby Vesuvius when it erupted in 79 A.D. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Pompeii is one of Italy's most popular tourist attractions and is valued for providing archaeologists with a well-preserved snapshot of ancient Roman life.
Start your tour at Piazza Anfiteatro, where your guide will be waiting for you with the tickets. The wheelchair-accessible itinerary will guide you along a path within the excavations, complete with ramps designed to overcome architectural barriers and make Pompeii accessible to everyone. An experienced guide will take you on a tour of the ruins lasting approximately 3 hours.
Our "special" vehicle can accommodate 4 passengers plus 1 person in a wheelchair and is equipped with a ramp. Our driver will assist you in getting in and out of the vehicle.
