Join a cooking class in Tokyo and learn to make authentic Japanese meals. Choose between a temaki sushi course or a Japanese hamburger steak course, and enjoy your creations with optional drinks.
Learn to cook authentic Japanese home-style meals with a friendly mother-daughter team in a cozy Tokyo kitchen near Tokyo Tower. Before the class, we’ll visit a local Japanese supermarket together to pick up ingredients and learn about everyday Japanese food culture.

Choose from two different course options:

Temaki Sushi Course

Make sushi rice, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), and teriyaki chicken, then roll your own sushi with fresh fish, vegetables, or tofu. Vegetarian options are available upon request. Please send us a message in advance if you would like a vegetarian meal

Japanese Hamburger Steak Course

Prepare a full set meal with juicy hambāgu (Japanese-style hamburger steak), potato salad, and miso soup. No vegetarian option is available.

Optional drinks: sake or craft beer pairing.

Lessons are taught entirely in English, so international travelers can join with confidence. No cooking experience is required—we’ll guide you through each step.

After cooking, enjoy the meal together and get local tips or help planning your Tokyo trip. This is more than just a cooking class—it’s a warm cultural exchange that lets you experience real Japanese life, from shopping like a local to sharing a homemade meal.
