From Tokyo: Ashikaga Flower Park and Hitachi Park Tour

Walk along a 100-meter glass-walled observation corridor to watch the entire mentai (spicy cod roe) production process—from roe preparation and seasoning to packaging—while learning about Japan’s craftsmanship and quality standards.
