Day 1:
Start with pickup at your accommodation or at a centrally-located meeting point in Chiang Rai in the early morning. Take in the scenic Thai countryside on transfer in an air-conditioned van to the Thai-Lao border. Cross the border by bus and board the boat in Huay Xai.
