Embark on a Moroccan desert tour to journey from the imperial city of Fes to Marrakech. Unveil the mysteries of the Sahara desert on this guided 3-day excursion.

Day 1 : Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Errachidia – Erfoud – Erg Chebbi Merzouga :

Our 3-day Fes to Marrakech desert tour begins with a hotel/riad pick-up in Fes at 7:00 am. After your driver collects you, we'll head to Ifrane, an exceptional city often referred to as the "Switzerland of Morocco" for its cleanliness and beauty. Next, we'll continue our journey to Azrou's cedar forest, home to barbary apes monkeys and scenic cedar trees.

We'll stop for lunch in Midelt, also known as the "city of apples" for its agriculture and marble workshop. Afterward, we'll head to Erfoud via Errachidia and the picturesque Ziz valley palm trees. Upon arrival in Merzouga around 4 pm, you'll have a break in a guesthouse before embarking on a 1-hour camel ride to the camp. Your camel guide will make a special stop in the middle of the dunes to watch the sunset before reaching the camp in the early evening. Enjoy a delicious cup of tea and a unique experience under the starry sky, complete with some Berber traditions after dinner.

Day 2 : Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades valley – Ouarzazate :

We highly recommend waking up early to witness a breathtaking sunrise you've never seen before. After breakfast and a refreshing shower in your camp, we'll journey to Rissani, known as "the gate of the Sahara." This ancient town boasts a bustling market that offers a glimpse into real Africa. Rissani is the final stop before the Erg Chebbi dunes, where nomads purchase their necessities. If we're lucky, we'll get to explore the traditional medina during one of the city's three weekly markets (Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

After our visit, it's onward to Todra Gorge, a famous rock climbing destination. You'll marvel at the impressive landscape of the Todra Valley before we head to Dades Valley. You'll spend the night in a hotel overlooking at Ouarzazate.

Day 3 : Ouarzazate – Ait benhaddou – High atlas – Marrakech :

On the final day of our 3-day tour, your driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby and we'll head to Marrakech. Along the way, we'll visit one of Morocco's top historical attractions: the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. This historic ighrem or ksar is located on the old caravan route between Marrakech and the Sahara and is renowned for its earthen clay architecture. Ait Benhaddou has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987.

Next, we'll continue our journey towards the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the majestic Tizi N Tichka pass (2260 m). We'll arrive in the red city of Marrakech in the early evening, and your driver will drop you off at your hotel/riad.
