Day 1: Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Ouarzazate → Dades Valley → Tinghir
Distance: ~330 km
Driving Time: ~7 hours
Early morning pickup from your accommodation in Marrakech.
Cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass.
Stop to visit the UNESCO-listed Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou.
Continue through Ouarzazate, known as the "Gateway to the Sahara."
Drive through the Skoura Palm Grove and the scenic Rose Valley.
Enjoy views of traditional kasbahs and dramatic mountain landscapes.
Arrive in the Tinghir/Dades area for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Tinghir → Todra Gorges → Erfoud → Merzouga (Erg Chebbi Dunes)
Distance: ~270 km
Driving Time: ~5 hours
After breakfast, travel to the spectacular Todra Gorges.
Enjoy free time to walk through the towering canyon walls.
Continue through Tinjdad and Erfoud toward the Sahara Desert.
Arrive in Merzouga and meet your camel caravan.
Ride across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes.
Stop to admire a breathtaking desert sunset.
Spend the night in a traditional desert camp.

Day 3: Merzouga → Marrakech
Distance: ~567 km
Driving Time: ~10 hours
Wake up early to enjoy the peaceful desert atmosphere.
Breakfast at the camp.
Camel ride back to Merzouga village.
Begin the journey back to Marrakech through changing desert and mountain landscapes.
Pass through the Atlas Mountains with scenic stops along the way.
Arrive in Marrakech in the evening.

Pickup Confirmation: You will receive your exact pickup time and location via WhatsApp and GetYourGuide chat the evening before your tour (between 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM). Please check your messages before contacting support.
Luggage: Large suitcases stay securely in the vehicle during the tour. You must pack a small backpack for the night in the desert, as camels cannot carry large luggage.
Dietary Requirements: Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free meals are available. You do not need to email us; simply inform your driver on the first morning of the tour.
Winter Heating (Nov–Feb): Desert nights are cold (0°C–5°C). Please note that Standard Tents do NOT have heating (warm blankets are provided). Luxury Tents are equipped with heating.
Communication: A working mobile number with WhatsApp is required for coordination.
Cash: Please bring cash (EUR or MAD) for lunches (approx. €10–13/meal), drinks, and tips, as ATMs are not available in the desert.
