8 Days, 7 Nights: Tangier to Marrakech Desert Journey

Embark on an 8-day, 7-night journey from Tangier to Marrakech. Experience the Sahara Desert, explore ancient medinas, and enjoy breathtaking mountain views.
Day 1: Tanger / Chefchaouen
Upon arrival in Tangier, depending arrive by ferry or plane you will find our driver waiting for you ( in the Airport ) ,After small visit in Tanger , Depart Towards Chefchaouen, the famous blue city of Morocco in the Rif Mountains. On route, you will have few stops in the way,You will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Rif Mountains. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel/Riad .

Day 2: Chefchaouen / Fez
In The Morning after Breakfast you will have a Half day to explore the Blue medina of Chefchaouen, , you will see the souks.with silk and wool weaving quarter, the main square with its cafes, After break for lunch Depart towards Fez the spiritual Capital of the Kingdom .check-in the Hotel ,Dinner & overnight

Day 3: Fez Guided Tour
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of the medina, one of the world’s largest walled cities. Explore narrow streets filled with fresh fruit, spices, Berber carpets, and Moroccan art. Visit the Quaraouiyine and Andalusian Mosques (non-Muslim entry not permitted), Nejjarine Fountain, 13th-century Medersas, Batha Palace, Chouwara Tanneries, Souk Attarine, Bab Boujloud, the Mellah, Ibn Danan Synagogue, and the King’s Palace. Enjoy dinner with a show and overnight at the Riad.

Day 4: Fez - Ifrane - Midelt - Merzouga
After breakfast, head south through Ifrane for photos and Azrou to spot monkeys in the cedar forest. Lunch in Midelt precedes a scenic drive via Tizi N Talghamt and Errachidia, with views of Ziz Gorges and Oasis. Arrive in Merzouga for a camel ride to a desert camp. Enjoy dinner, Saharan drum music, and stargazing before overnighting in a tent.

Day 5: Merzouga - Gorges - Ouarzazate
After breakfast, depart for Ouarzazate via the scenic Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, a popular Hollywood filming location. Pass through rich river valleys, palmeries, and vibrant mud-brick homes. Stop for lunch and a walk in Todra Gorge, then continue through the Dadès Valley. Enjoy dinner and overnight at a hotel in the gorges or Ouarzazate.

Day 6: Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech
After breakfast, visit Ouarzazate, including the Kasbah of Taourirt and Africa's largest movie studios, Atlas Studios. Stop at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for films like The Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia. Travel through the High Atlas via the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, arriving in Marrakech for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Marrakech Medina Guided Tour
After breakfast, explore Marrakech with a full-day guided tour. Highlights include the Menara Gardens, Koutoubia Minaret, Saadian Tombs, Dar Si Said Museum showcasing Berber arts, and the Bahia Palace. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and a stroll through the colorful Marrakech Souks. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8 : Depart Morocco
Depend on the Depart Time Transfer to the Airport in Marrakech or Casablanca for the End of the Trip ….
