The boat departs from Playa Langosta located in the hotel zone of Cancun
In this package, the zip line at Garrafón Park is included ONLY ONCE
Children with a height of 1.21 to 1.40 m must be accompanied by an adult in the Encounter program
To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, they must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket
Children with a height of 1 m up to 1.20 m can participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket
Children with a height of less than 1 m will be considered infants and will participate in activities of the Encounter program regardless of the program in which they participate (it is required that the vest fits properly)
For safety reasons, the use of cameras during interaction with marine mammals is not allowed
