On this excursion from Cancun, you will enjoy a complete experience visiting the archaeological and ecological site of Xel-Há in a single day. We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun (optional) and take you by bus to the archaeological site of Tulum, where you will explore the ancient walled Mayan city. You'll see the impressive "Castle," built on a hill with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, and other key points such as the Temple of the Descending God. Your Spanish tour guide will explain the history and functions of these buildings, including their role as a lighthouse for sailors. Afterwards, we'll head to Xel-Há, an ecological park where nature and fun combine perfectly. Here you can enjoy more than 20 water activities, such as snorkeling in cenotes and zip-lining over lagoons. In addition, you will have unlimited access to buffets of traditional Mexican and international food, as well as drinks and an open bar with domestic alcoholic beverages. The use of bicycles, hammocks, floats, and life jackets is also included.
The tour provides all the equipment you need for activities such as snorkeling and tubing. However, please note that some activities such as swimming with dolphins and encountering manatees have an additional cost.
The tour lasts approximately 9 hours and is conducted with a Spanish-speaking tour guide. Round-trip transportation from your hotel in Cancun is included (depending on the option you choose). Breakfast from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Snacks and buffet lunch from 11:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. All children 5 years and older pay the child rate. Those 12 years and older pay the adult rate. Children 4 years and younger travel free if they sit on a lap.
Prices based on height: over 1.4 m pay adult price; between 1 m and 1.4 m pay child price; under 1 m travel free if they do not occupy a seat. All infants must be registered on the reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed to use the transportation. ID must be presented to confirm age. If you are traveling with an infant 4 years old or younger, please inform the supplier.
You will receive your boarding pass 2 days before the tour. Be sure to print the white card. The pickup service is by bus with a route to hotels. Please be punctual, as the bus cannot wait. If you miss the transportation, it will not be refundable.
