Day 1:
Begin with pickup from your hotel in Kathmandu and drive to the Chandragiri Hills cable car station. Enjoy a scenic 10-minute cable car ride to Chandragiri Hilltop.
Explore the Chandragiri Temple and enjoy panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks and Kathmandu Valley. Have lunch at a restaurant on the hilltop (self-pay or pre-arranged optional meal).
Afterward, begin the hike to Chitlang, a journey through dense forests and charming landscapes. Arrive in Chitlang and check in at a local homestay or eco-resort. Enjoy a traditional Nepali dinner and an overnight stay in Chitlang.
Day 2:
Wake up to a peaceful countryside morning and enjoy breakfast at the homestay. Explore Chitlang village, visit the ancient pagodas, Ashoka stupas, and local dairy farms.
Relax by the famous Chitlang Goat Cheese Factory or nearby natural spots. Begin the return hike or drive to Chandragiri cable car station. Take the cable car ride down and meet your vehicle. Drive back to Kathmandu and be dropped off at your hotel.
