Begin your journey in Bergen and travel towards the fjords through beautiful valleys and mountain landscapes. Stop in Dale to stretch your legs, use the facilities, and grab a snack or a warm drink.
Continue to Tvindefossen Waterfall, one of the most impressive waterfalls in the region. In autumn, the surrounding landscape is filled with rich colors, while winter can transform the waterfall and its surroundings into a magical, icy landscape.
Next, head to Gudvangen, a historic village surrounded by some of Norway’s most dramatic mountain scenery. Visit the Viking Village, where a guided experience takes you back in time to the Viking Age. Learn about Viking life, traditions, and culture while exploring this unique historical setting beneath the towering mountains.
Then, embark on a 2-hour electric cruise through the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord. Often described as one of Norway’s most spectacular fjords, the Nærøyfjord is narrow, dramatic, and surrounded by steep mountains rising directly from the water. Along the way, see cascading waterfalls, small fjord-side settlements, and snow-covered mountain peaks.
After the cruise, arrive in Flåm, one of Norway’s best-known fjord villages. From here, travel towards Aurland and up the mountain road to the spectacular Stegastein Viewpoint. The viewpoint extends high above the Aurlandssfjord and offers breathtaking views across the fjord and surrounding mountains.
After visiting Stegastein, return to Flåm, where you have free time to explore the village at your own pace. Enjoy a warm drink, browse the local shops, take a peaceful walk along the fjord, or simply take in the cozy atmosphere of this small mountain village.

If unforeseen events occur, such as weather conditions/landslide/natural disasters/technical issues with train/cruise, Fjordrive is not responsible for covering costs for missing flights, hotel costs etc. Please contact your travel insurance in those cases. Fjordrive may change the schedule on the tour if unforeseen events occur on the day of the tour. If we inform you in advance regarding issues/force majeure with traffic, cruise or train and have to cancel the tour, you will get a full refund. If cancelled up to 24hrs before the date of departure, full amount will be refunded. Cancellation after this will not be refunded.
The tour starts at 7.45 am by minibus, and we will not take responsibility if you are too late and miss out on the tour. We recommend you meet up at 7.30 AM latest. Meet-up is on the sidewalk outside the Tourist Information located at address: Strandkaien 1. You will see Scandic Hotel Torget just across the street. Look for a black Mercedes Sprinter Minibus.
