"Den blå steinen" aka "The blue stone" is a traditional Bergensian meeting point. Ask any local and they'll point you in the right direction. It is a big blue rectangular stone. The guide will be wearing a Green Jacket You can request pick-up by foot from the city center if you wish. You and the guide agree on where to end the tour. This is usually the most natural way to end the tour and is meant for your convenience.
