Be collected by a local guide from your accommodation or transport terminal and embark on your journey. From the passenger seat of the 4WD, set out to the first destination of your adventure, the Amouage Perfume Factory. It is known for producing some of the most exotic fragrances in the world. With your local guide, learn some of the processes involved in making Amouage's popular perfumes.
Continue on to Fanja, a 400-year old village where you will marvel at a true relic of history. Visit the ancient structures and abandoned mud houses that still stand to this day. Fanja's high altitude on top of a hill makes it a perfect spot for panoramic views of the valley below of Wadi and the surrounding Mountains of Al-Hajar.
Travel to Wadi Tayin, a location nestled deep within the mountains that is famous for natural surroundings and an oasis-like body of water. This is a perfect spot for travelers to have a swim.
Before returning to Muscat with your guide, you have the chance to try some local delicacies as a picnic will be provided for lunch.
