Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts. We begin on time.
Wear comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and light clothing – Panama’s weather is warm and humid.
Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated (we promote eco-friendly travel).
The tour runs in sun or light rain — bring an umbrella or raincoat just in case.

Restrooms are available along the route, but we suggest using one before the tour starts.
Not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs due to uneven streets and stairs in the historic area.
We will meet at Plaza de la Independencia (also known as Cathedral Plaza) in Casco Viejo, Panama City. Look for your guide standing near the entrance of the Cathedral Basílica Santa María la Antigua. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts. The guide will be wearing a badge or holding a sign with the name of the tour.
