Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time. We do have a minimum guest requirement to go out. If our minimum is not met, you may be asked to reschedule for another day or time.
Please arrive 45 before your scheduled tour. Once you arrive at the resort, you'll park and walk around the right side of the resort down the sidewalk between building 3 and Reflections to our kiosk to check in. Please make sure that everyone in your party has completed the online waivers and please bring your ID's.
