Please note that these are not daily departures, please check availability or book in advance. -We start with the pick up from the hotel (located inside or outside the historic center) between 4:00 - 5:00 am, we will travel to the district of Quehue but before we will make a brief stop in Cusipata for breakfast. -On the way we will be able to observe some lagoons as well as a great variety of wildlife, among them we will be able to observe the lagoon of Asnacocha, Pampamarca. -Upon arrival to the bridge we will have a brief explanation by the tour guide and also have the opportunity to cross the bridge. -After all the visits we will return to Cusipata for lunch and then return to the city of Cusco, arrival time at approximately 5:00 pm.

Location
The Inca bridge of Q'eswachaca is located in a remote area of the province of Canas in the department of Cusco, exactly in the district of Quehue at 3,700 meters above sea level.
Queswachaca Bridge
The hanging bridge of Queswachaca is known as the last Inca bridge and is located in the region of Cusco, the Inca architecture reached levels of development that, even today, surprise the whole world and the Inca bridge Q'eswachaka is a unique example of the constructive ingenuity of our ancestors, is a technological feat and a perfect example of integration between architecture and natural landscape and has been declared by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage.

"Q'eswachaka" is a name formed by two Quechua words: "Q'eswa" which means "braid" and "Chaka" which means "Bridge", this bridge is very special because it is built in the original Inca way and measures 28 meters long, 1.20 meters wide and rises 15 meters above the river, this Inca creation is used to cross the Apurimac River and built to this day with "ichu" a natural grass from the highest areas of the Andes, the material and construction techniques have been passed down from generation to generation since the time of the Incas.
