4 Lakes Trekking: Ahuac, Mullaca, Carhuac and Radian-2 Days

Itinerary
Day 1
We will leave Huaraz towards the town of Recrish, a journey of approximately 30 minutes. From there, we will begin a 1.5 hour hike to the first lagoon, Radian, where we will enjoy impressive views of the Huascaran, Huandoy, Copa and Hualcan snow-capped peaks. We will continue our journey through valleys, ravines, waterfalls and quenual forests until we reach the Mullaca lagoon, where we will set up our camp and enjoy recreational activities surrounded by the beauty of the Mullaca and Carhuac lagoons.
Day 2
7:30 a.m.: After breakfast, we will pick up the tents and begin the hike to the Zorro pass, at 4,880 meters, the highest point of the trail. From there, we will have spectacular views of the two lakes and the snow-capped Vallunaraju. Then we will descend to the fourth lagoon, Ahuac, where we will enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Huaraz and the Cordillera Negra. We will continue descending for approximately 1 hour until we reach Wilcahuain, where our transportation will be waiting for us. Before returning, we can visit the archaeological complex of Wilcahuain (optional entrance fee: S/. 5.00). At the end of the visit, we will return to Huaraz, arriving at approximately 2:00 pm.
