An excellent trip that allows us to explore Arequipa's main attraction: a deep canyon, the majesty of the condor, villages with rich cultural traditions and relaxing hot springs.
Passengers will be picked up between 2:40 am and 3:20 am from their respective hotels. Afterwards, we will make a 3 hour trip to Chivay, where there is a Colca car control, and each passenger will have to pay their tourist ticket. Then, we will go to Yanque to enjoy breakfast. We will continue the tour to Maca, where we will be able to observe the colonial church of ashlar and stone for about 15 minutes. Then, we will go to the Cruz del Condor viewpoint, where we will appreciate the flight of the condor and the impressive depth of the canyon, which reaches more than 4162 meters. We will be in the area between 45 minutes and an hour, and then we will return to Chivay.
In Chivay, we will visit the Wayrapunko viewpoint, which offers a panoramic view of the Colca Valley, and the Antahuilque viewpoint, where you can see the lithic model. We will also visit the Choquetico viewpoint, from where the enchanted lagoon and the pre-Inca terraces can be seen.
At 11:00 am, we will enjoy a thermal bath in Chacapi, and those who wish can participate in activities such as kayaking or zip-lining for an hour. At 12:30 pm, we will return to Chivay, where a buffet lunch or a la carte dishes will be offered. After lunch, we will return to Arequipa, making two stops: at the viewpoint of the Andes, to observe the Hualca-Hualca, Sabancaya and Ampato volcanoes, where the Juanita mummy was found, and at the national reserve, to see camelids such as alpacas, llamas and vicuñas, as well as Andean birds. We will arrive in Arequipa at approximately 5:30 pm.
