4:00 AM - Pick-Up in Cusco

Our team will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco. We will begin our journey early to maximize our time at Humantay Lake.

6:30 AM - Arrival in Mollepata for Breakfast
After a scenic 2.5-hour drive, we will arrive in the town of Mollepata. Here, we will have a delicious and nutritious breakfast to fuel up for the hike ahead.

7:00 AM - Depart for Soraypampa
Continue our journey by car for approximately 1.5 hours to Soraypampa (3,900 meters / 12,795 feet). This is the starting point of our hike to Humantay Lake.
8:30 AM - Start of the Hike

Begin the hike to Humantay Lake. The hike is moderate to challenging and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains, lush valleys, and diverse flora and fauna.

10:00 AM - Arrival at Humantay Lake
Arrive at the stunning Humantay Lake (4,200 meters / 13,779 feet). Spend time exploring the area, taking photos, and enjoying the serene beauty of the turquoise lake surrounded by majestic mountains.

10:30 AM - Guided Tour and Free Time
Our guide will provide you all the information about the significance of Humantay Lake and its importance in Incan mythology. After the guided tour, you will have free time to explore on your own, meditate, or simply take in the breathtaking views.
11:30 AM - Descent to Soraypampa
Begin the hike back down to Soraypampa, which takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.

1:00 PM - Return to Mollepata for Lunch
Drive back to Mollepata, where we will enjoy a well-deserved buffet lunch at a local restaurant.

3:00 PM - Depart for Cusco
After lunch, we will start our journey back to Cusco. Relax and enjoy the scenic drive through the Andes.

5:30 PM - Arrival in Cusco
Arrive back in Cusco and drop-off at plaza de armas in cusco
