You cannot miss this tour of the imperial city of Cusco, see the cathedral and the temple of the sun as well as other attractions that are around the city.
- After picking you up from your hotel at the time you prefer, we will travel by minibus to the Plaza de Armas, where the Cusco Cathedral is located. We will enter the most important temple in the city to be fascinated by its architecture and artistic wealth.
- Later, we will walk to the nearby Qoricancha Temple, also known as the Temple of the Sun. This majestic place, whose exact date of construction is still a mystery, was one of the most important religious centers of the Inca Empire. Furthermore, it represents one of the best examples of the fusion between Inca and Spanish culture.
- Next, we will get back on the minibus to head towards the 4 ruins of Cusco. After half an hour of travel, we will arrive at the Sacsayhuamán fortress. There we will enjoy a guided tour in which we will learn why it is considered the greatest architectural work of the Incas.
- Afterwards, the minibus will take us to the Qenqo shrine, one of the most important sanctuaries of the time, and the Puca Pucara watchtower, known as the Red Fortress. Finally, we will visit Tambomachay, also called the Inca Bath since it was precisely here where the Incas worshiped water.
- After knowing the most essential places in Cusco and its surroundings, we will leave you after a four and a half hour tour near the Plaza de Armas.
