Wonderful experience to know the highest navigable lake in the world, where you will interact with the Quechua and Aymara culture.
Uros, located 8 kms. from the city of Puno. This excursion allows us to visit one of the most important attractions of the Puno Bay of Lake Titicaca, a millenary civilization that lives inside the reeds or totora reeds, an Aymara language community that maintains to this day their skills such as fishing, bird hunting and egg collecting.
The men are skilled builders and drivers of reed rafts and the women are skilled embroiderers of rugs.
Taquile is a natural island privileged by nature, which is located 35 km from the city of Puno.
The inhabitants of this island are especially known for their fine textiles, which are among the finest Peruvian handicrafts. On the island, the traveler is greeted by a spectacular view of the lake and a simple stone doorway that welcomes our visitors.
Taquile Island also has beautiful landscapes and archaeological sites, however the most important wealth of the place is formed by its inhabitants of Quechua origin who are characterized by their hospitality and charisma with visitors.
