Punctual Departures:
Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early to ensure parking, comply with safety protocols, and complete the boarding process. We will not be able to assist you if you arrive at or after the reserved time. Spaces are reserved for you, and arriving late will be considered a "No Show." Reserved spaces will not be reassigned, and the full fee will be charged.
Important Notice:
In the Caribbean, brief showers are common, but tours proceed as scheduled. The decision to cancel or continue will be made by the Captain or route leader based on their experience at the meeting point.
The person making the reservation is responsible for informing everyone about the arrival time and requirements.
Recommendations:
Bring only the essentials: water shoes, hat, sun protection shirt, shorts, and sunglasses.
If you have any medical conditions, consult your doctor and bring your medication.
