Begin with a theoretical introduction, to explain he basics of the sport. Learn the safety drills, and practice getting acquainted by submerging in a pool. Then finally, dip in the sea to a maximum depth of 12 feet, under the guidance of professionals.
Receive a certificate that allows you to dive within a year skipping the theory and pool sessions. The final sea swim being a counted dive toward the 6 months valid certificate.
