8. Stopping to swim depends on sea conditions and/or people with symptoms of seasickness;
9. Dolphins are wild animals, which is why XRide does not guarantee their observation;
10. Entry to the caves depends on maritime conditions regulated by the port authorities;
11. As entry into the caves is regulated by the port authorities, if the caves are closed there will be no refund.
