This activity combines wellness and adventure in one activity, with moments of adrenaline and connection, immersed in nature.
The activity will take place in one of the most beautiful spots on the island of São Miguel, on the Moinho do Félix Trail. It starts and ends in the same place. After getting dressed, we will start with a 15-20 minute walk immersed in nature, and we will come to the first waterfall, where a safety briefing will be given.

Then we will explore the river, from the lowest point to the top, where at each waterfall you will have the opportunity to create moments of action, such as jumping, climbing, and venturing into the water.

There is the alternative of bypassing the waterfalls if you feel uncomfortable in the water, and throughout the hike you will be able to enjoy the beauty of being immersed in a wild space and enjoy the hike at your leisure. Yoga can be included in this activity and will take place in the Ribeira dos Caldeirões Natural Park.

With yoga, your experience can be extended to wellness and health, creating more space within yourself to absorb the full experience that Adventure Hike has to offer. The yoga class will take place depending on weather conditions. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: - A normal level of physical fitness is recommended.
