In the rare event that neither dolphins nor whales grace us with their presence on your tour, rest assured that we offer options for rebooking another tour at no additional cost. Should weather conditions impede rescheduling, a full refund will be provided.
Furthermore, if your tour includes sightings of at least one species of dolphin or whale but swimming with dolphins proves unattainable, we provide alternatives such as another complimentary tour. In cases where weather prevents rescheduling, a nominal No Swimmer fee will be applied.

- Although our aim is to swim with dolphins, we cannot predict whether we will achieve it, since we work with wild animals, and their behavior is unpredictable. Nevertheless, if at least one species of dolphin or whale is observed and it is not possible to swim with dolphins (note: swimming with whales is forbidden in the Azores, only available when authorized by the Government of the Azores and for purposes that promote its conservation and sustainability), customer will have the possibility of another free tour, or in case of unavailability due to weather conditions, the No Swimmer fee will be applied.
