Children under 12 years old, and any child who is not tall enough to reach the counter, will only be able to participate if their guardians have booked a private activity.
Any child aged 12 or over need to reserve an adult seat.
For safety reasons, the guide will not allow children to participate in certain stages, even if their guardians claim that they are capable of doing so, even if it's a private tour.
Children under 12 need to request authorization in advance to be present, and if that is possible, they must sit separately from the participating group and cannot interfere with the activity at any time.
