Enjoy a photo stop at Revolution Square, one of Romania's most significant historical locations. Learn about the Romanian Revolution of 1989, the fall of the communist regime, and the important buildings surrounding the square, including the former Royal Palace, the Romanian Athenaeum area, and the Memorial of Rebirth.

Continue to the impressive Palace of Parliament, the world's second-largest administrative building after the Pentagon. Here you'll have time for a panoramic photo stop while your guide explains the history of Nicolae Ceaușescu's ambitious project, its enormous dimensions, and its role in modern Romania.

Your tour also includes an optional visit to the Village Museum (Muzeul Satului), one of Europe's finest open-air museums.
