• We don’t offer Water, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, waterproof bags, phone cases and straps
• There is no storage onsite
• Bring an extra pair of pants in your backpack for just in case, if a few drops of water get into the kayaks from paddling
• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, in the kayak only shoes with soft soles are allowed
• Light rain doesn’t cancel a tour
• Heavy rain or storms may qualify for a full refund
• The maximum weight per kayak is 200 kilograms, and 2 people share 1 kayak
• Minimum 4 people are required for the tour
• Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be accommodated, refunded, or allowed to reschedule
• Sunset tour, it includes illumination/lights under the kayak (exact starting time depends from the sunset time of the year, customers will be notified with separate email on the day of departure)
• Individuals over 190 cm may find the kayak seat less comfortable.

Docks at the rowing center at Lake Bled, which is about a 30 min walk along the lake from downtown.
