The pickup and drop-off times are scheduled to match the cruise ship's arrival and departure times. (07:00~22:00)
A 6:00 AM pickup is also possible. However, due to the early timing, an additional guide fee may apply (10,000 KRW per person).
You will be picked up when your cruise arrives at the port. (can be changed at any time)
Tour time may change depending on cruise arrival and departure times.

Tourist attractions may be subject to change based on local conditions such as traffic and weather, at the guide's discretion. Additionally, tour durations may be extended or shortened accordingly.

Our guide waits at the cruise terminal (port) before the ship arrives at the port. We communicate directly with the port to check the ship’s arrival time and wait accordingly. We kindly ask all customers to disembark from the ship as quickly as possible. Once you disembark, you will find our guide holding a "Love Korea" sign right in front of the terminal. If you do not see the guide immediately, please note that they may be assisting other guests and guiding them to the vehicle. In this case, please do not leave the terminal area and look around carefully for the guide holding the "Love Korea" sign. If you still cannot find the guide, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
