描述
Learn to cook authentic Thai dishes in a hands-on cooking class near Geneva. Prepare several classic Thai dishes with a Thai chef, then sit down to enjoy the meal you have prepared together.
Some discover Thai cuisine. I was born into it.
Meet your Thai chef and discover the story behind authentic Thai cuisine. Learn about traditional Thai ingredients, herbs, spices, and sauces.
I grew up in a Bangkok family that ran a Thai restaurant for over 30 years. I watched my parents cook before I could even read a recipe — learning the colours of curry paste, the rhythm of a wok, and the delicate balance of sweet, sour, spicy and umami. For 20 years, I cooked Thai food every single day, not as a hobby but as a way of nourishing myself, staying rooted in my culture, and sharing my love for this cuisine.
Prepare several classic Thai dishes together, step by step. Learn practical Thai cooking techniques and how to balance flavors. Cook, plate, and present your dishes.
Sit down and enjoy the meal you have prepared together. Discover Thai food culture and culinary traditions in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
