Ideal for a long weekend getaway, our 3-day Tag-Along Tour offers an exciting mix of experiences, from exploring the bush and beaches to discovering lakes and rainforests. As you journey across K’gari, you'll have plenty of chances to capture incredible moments—whether you're walking through the lush Pile Valley rainforest, swimming in the sparkling Champagne Pools, relaxing by the crystal-clear waters of Lake McKenzi, Lake Wabby, Lake Birrabeen or exploring the famous Maheno shipwreck. Enjoy a night walk under the stars, wake up to a breathtaking sunrise, or spot wild dingoes in their natural habitat—your sense of adventure will be fully satisfied on this unique tour.
You’ll stay in comfortable beach house accommodations (shared rooms with 3-5 people per group) with access to a spacious communal deck. All meals are included, and you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow travelers while gaining valuable insights from our knowledgeable guides.
To drive one of our pink 4WD vehicles on K’gari, you’ll need to be over 21 years old and hold an open driver’s license.

* A credit card imprint is taken if you are intending to drive
* The tour itinerary can change due to seasons, tides, and weather conditions
* Minimum numbers are required for the tour to depart
* Please note there is no private rooms or room upgrades on this tour all rooms are shared between 3-5 people. However, we do offer same gender room options and keep groups traveling together in the same room and vehicle.
* You must be 21 years and over with an full driver's license to drive the 4wd on the tour, this will be shared with other drivers
* All vehicles are carbon offset, and the activity is run by an eco-certified tourism operator
* Driving is optional; you can choose to come along as a passenger
* Vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options are available (extra cost: 5 AUD/day)
* Vegetarian and Pescatarian are always catered
* No off-road driving experience is necessary
* Pickups for the tour are from Hervey Bay select hostels - Flashpackers, Woolshed Eco, YHA and Kondari Hotel.

- OR - meet at our office at 7:15 am
- Free street car parking.
- Returns 4-4:15 pm on the third day.
- Return barge transfer included.
- Luggage storage can be organised $20 per person.
- Trip itinerary can vary depending on weather and unforeseen circumstances i.e. access closures.
- Guides reserve the right to make the best call for passenger safety and comfort.

- After booking, all participants must reconfirm via the waiver link by 10:30 am the day prior to departure.
