From Khao Lak: Bamboo Rafting & Jungle Trekking in Khao Sok Bamboo Rafting and Ethical Elephant Experience

Shape your own Khao Sok adventure on a private day tour. Select two experiences, bamboo rafting, ethical elephant visit, or jungle trek with a dedicated local guide.
Experience Khao Sok National Park on your terms with a private full-day tour tailored to your interests. Begin your journey with a comfortable pickup from your Khao Lak hotel in a premium air-conditioned SUV. Your first stop is the renowned Khao Sok Viewpoint, where you can take in sweeping rainforest vistas featured on the movie poster for Gold.

Next, customize your day by choosing two out of three immersive experiences. Drift along the Sok River on a traditional bamboo raft, surrounded by limestone cliffs and lush greenery, where the sounds of the jungle set the scene. Alternatively, spend meaningful time with the elephants in a natural setting, observing their behavior and learning about ethical care and conservation, no riding or performances involved. Or, opt for a guided trek through ancient rainforest trails, discovering towering trees, unique plants, and the chance to spot monkeys, hornbills, and butterflies.

After your chosen activities, enjoy a freshly prepared Thai lunch at a local restaurant. The menu features regional favorites and seasonal fruit, offering a taste of southern Thai cuisine. Throughout the day, your licensed English and German-speaking guide ensures a relaxed pace, allowing you to linger at scenic spots or pause for photos whenever you wish.

Your tour concludes with flexible drop-off anywhere in the Khao Lak area, whether that’s your hotel, a lively night market, or a beach café for sunset drinks. This added flexibility lets you make the most of your day in Khao Sok, all with the comfort and privacy of your own group.
