The camp is closed on January 1st and April 19th.
Training is available in both English and Thai.
All sessions are suitable for all ages and experience levels.
Bring a towel for the gym
Towel and toiletries for showering (optional, if you wish to shower on-site)
Bring your own water or buy a cold bottle at the camp
Wear comfortable training clothes (men may train shirtless; women with a sports top)
Ice bath, pool access, and breakfast available for an additional charge
Coffee shop with drinks and protein shakes (extra cost)
