- Please be aware that the boats depart from Ton Sai Beach Pier. If your accommodation isn't located on Ton Sai Beach, you'll need to arrange a longtail boat early in the morning to bring you to Ton Sai Pier.
- This trip is not allowed for participants with heart conditions or other serious medical conditions or pregnant travelers and children under 4 years old.
- Maya bay will be temporarily closed during August - September every year for conservation and restoration, as officially announced by the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation.
